Our residential work ranges from award-winning one-off houses and conversions to specialist and extra-care housing.
Treetops, a conversion in County Durham, won the Daily Telegraph Home Building & Renovating Award for Best Conversion and an RIBA North East Small Project Award. Houses at Whalton, Riding Mill and in Northumberland respond closely to landscape and local building form.
Each house is designed around how the client lives, the character of its place, and long-term running cost.
