Healthcare was one of the practice's founding sectors. We design primary care premises and advise NHS estates teams on utilisation, condition and strategy.
Our healthcare portfolio includes award-shortlisted primary care buildings such as Sacriston Surgery, together with health centres, dental suites and wellbeing centres in the North East and in London.
Alongside design work, the team produces estates reporting, utilisation studies and primary care network estates strategies — evidence that helps commissioners make decisions about premises before design begins.
